We specialize in engaging kids and families who are faced with the obstacles to receiving services to help them. And we are not an office-based program. Link works with the kids and families in their homes, schools and communities
Mission Statement
To promote positive change in a child and family's life by engaging and linking them to resources that will result in success in school, having positive friends, a healthy home life and being involved in positive activities.
Service Description Youth and Family Link provides a comprehensive program to ensure that children and families have access to, and receive, primary health care and mental health care. Programs are developed through cooperative planning with community groups and local providers in the healthcare and treatment fields. Exercise, diet, education, positive socialization and best practice treatments help youth and families to live healthy lives.
