Outreach and Intervention Services We connect (or link) kids to the things they need most: school, friends, positive activities and family. We specialize in engaging kids and families who are faced with the obstacles to receiving services to help them. And we are not an office-based program. Link works with the kids and families in their homes, schools and communities
